About the Event
Discover the art of safely teaching The Rocket with different modifications and variations that can be applied to different types of body and levels. Increase your own practice ability with the creative and mindful process of the Rocket yoga practice.
All attendees will receive 50 hours of Practice Training which they may apply to their Yoga Alliance Continuing Education programs (specifically designed for Registered Yoga Teachers). 40 Contact Hours of Hands on Training & 10 Non-Contact Hours in which students complete with the required reading material in their own time.
