Stop - Take Time - Break the Patterns - Evolve

We come together once again to revise the old and investigate new.

Our regular ‘Back School’ is a space where we pick certain subjects in relation to yoga practice and dig deeper. Unlike typical fast flow classes, it’s a place to stop, take time to carefully examine what we do. Let’s stop repeating the same old for a day, and choose to evolve our practice.

Subjects may include;

• Arm Balances
• Arches (aka Backbend)
• Transitions
• Pranayama

Typicality involves;

• Revision & Introduction of Techniques
• Drills for Strength, Mobility & Flexibly
• Mini Tests and Q&As
