From Ashtanga to Rocket Yoga

10:00-13:00 Ashtanga Masterclass with Ramona (25€) 

A Progressive Ashtanga Masterclass primarily focused around the primary series. This practice will be guided with counted vinyasa.

13:00-14:30 Vegan Lunch (10€)

15:00-17:30 Ashtanga backbends workshop with Ramona (25€)

Drawing on elements from the intermediate series of Ashtanga this workshop is based around progressively deeper backbends, hip openers and inversions. Explore chest, upper back and shoulders in a workshop style setting.

Work mostly on back, working with some props to gently gain awareness and space. Smart and steady, advance with confidence and intelligence.

Sunday 27th March

10:00-13:00 Rocket BBQ with Adam (25€)

Rocket 3 practice days are called "barbecue days". The reason? It fries the muscles of the entire body as Rocket 3 is a mix of Rocket 1 and 2, which means that in its practice (which lasts a little over two hours), it is inverted or bent backwards. It sounds crazy but it works. It is such an effective practice that it will make you want more.

13:00-14:30 Vegan Lunch (10€)

15:00-17:30 Arm Balance and Transitions workshop with Tomas & Yuka (25€)

In this workshop, we will explore arm balances and some of the "tricky" transitions. Tomas will also share how to progress into advanced transitions between postures by experimenting different approaches. The aim of the workshop is to deepen our understanding of arm balances while developing efficiency in this group of poses over time. You will learn exercises that you can take home with to build strength and flexibility. The workshop is suitable to all who has regular yoga practice.
