About the Event
Rocket Vinyasa is a series of postures based on a modification of the traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa. It is a combinations of fun transitions from Ashtanga's 1st through 3rd series.
The Rocket routines renew energy and vitality in the body by working directly on the joints and stimulating all of our body systems. Be ready to sweat, get upside-down, and have a good time!
