About the Event

PLACE
Dragonfly House is in Andalucia near Antequera. It was created by an English owner, Helen, to provide a calm and healing space for its guests.
The finca is beautifully situated amongst olive and almond trees with magnificent views towards the El Torcal mountain range. The swimming pool, 360 degree yoga deck and extensive gardens all provide wonderful quiet spots to watch the sunset. A stunning and spacious yoga studio in the olive grove offers a cool space to retreat to.
The establishment is 72 km from Malaga airport (approx 1 hr by car). Guadalhorce Reservoirs are relatively nearby for hiking or a little dip.
A variety of treatments from Thai to Ayurvedic massages are available upon advance booking.
FOOD
The food is overflowing with healthy wholesome foods and is based on seasonal produce. There will be colorful salad, breads, cheese, perhaps a soup and a local dish. Herb teas and drinking water are available throughout the day.
