About the Event
Rocket 3 aka Rocket BBQ is a creative sequence inspired by postures from Rocket 1 & 2.
We start this long 2.5 hrs class with pranayama, slowing increasing speed and intensity, while staying playful with as we approach more advanced postures. Enjoy the ride!
