Rocket Yoga Retreat

In this special easter retreat, we gather together in the beautiful nature of Salento to breathe and move as one in the name of Rocket Vinyasa Yoga.

We all know the benefits of getting away from the daily routines to refresh our soul, body and mind. What would be better than spending an entire week, dedicating ourselves to the practice that we love, having a plenty of time to relax, while nurturing ourselves with organic vegetarian meals daily.

During the retreat, we will practice Rocket Vinyasa Yoga sequences along with meditation and pranayama. We will also hold three workshops on arm balances and transitions that will help deepen our practice and improve the techniques.

This retreat is aimed at all levels, but we strongly recommend everyone to build some regular Ashtanga and/or Rocket Vinyasa Yoga practice towards the retreat. We work with dynamic flow of vinyasa by practicing Rocket 1 & 2, aiming to reach a strong yet elegant flow of Rocket 3 towards the end of the retreat.

8:00 – 10:30 AM: Daily Morning Practice

11:00 AM: Brunch

12:00 AM – 4:00 PM: Free Time / Beach / Excursions / Q&A

4:30 – 6:30 PM: Masterclass or Workshop (Sun/Tue/Thur)

7:00 PM: Dinner
